He started the website HeadStuff.org in 2014, The HeadStuff Podcast in 2015, the HeadStuff Podcast Network in 2016, the Dublin Podcast Festival in 2017 and opened The Podcast Studios in 2019. He is the current CEO of Podcasts and Stuff Limited.

Claudia Grandez has a BA in Journalism from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and a MSc in Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. She has worked in different industries including Education, Logistics, E-commerce, and IT. Over the course of her career, she has acquired strong Marketing and Digital Marketing skills. At The Podcast Studios & HeadStuff, Claudia crafts marketing campaigns to drive inbound leads while overseeing the sales team to maximize growth and partnerships.
